Electronic heating systems have a future

Electric heaters are very easy to install, a socket is almost always enough for the required power. The devices are virtually maintenance-free and bring the room up to the desired temperature without labor and delay. There are no coal gases or nitrogen oxides, neither ash nor maintenance costs. When operated with green electricity, the energy comes from the sun thanks to solar cells. Or the wind heats the stove, hydropower and other alternative energy sources feed the electricity into the pipe. Electric heaters are also suitable for outdoor use if they are jet-proof.

This makes the heater category the first choice of the future at KlimaLex . Because climate protection and cozy warmth are not a contradiction. Add the absolutely simple operation to that. Regardless of whether it is a manual switch, a timer or electronically controlled via the smartphone, the adjustment is made exactly as the user imagines.

Types of electric heaters

Antifreeze

The simplest form of these electric heaters is the frost guard. This is mainly used to prevent frost damage to water pipes. There is little heat, but enough temperature to avoid the freezing point. Such devices can be used in garden sheds or in cold-exposed toilets. Even where the water pipe runs on a frost-prone outer wall, this space-saving construction prevents costly accidents by frozen and then burst water pipes.

Heat Guns

Whoever needs fast temperature, for example, in a sales kiosk in winter, will not want to do it without a hot air blower. These effective small heaters bring heat precisely to the feet, hands or back - depending on the installation of the blower. They are inexpensive to purchase and durable. There is no consumption of oxygen by combustion as in a propane gas heater. For garage and basement, the fan heater only warms for the period of use, it is hardly necessary to heat up. Thus, these devices are low in operation despite the power consumption.

Panel radiators

Garden houses are often empty for a long time in winter, yet they require a certain basic temperature. Otherwise set plants, potatoes or stored fruit will freeze. For such purposes, panel radiators with a low wattage are very suitable. Although these specially designed devices do not create high room temperatures, they retain the air in the frost-free area. Due to the low wattage, the heaters run very sparingly and bring the garden shed well over the winter.

An ingenious form of panel radiators are the heating panels. They can be installed on the ceiling and thus take up little space, but are extremely effective. For operation as a frost guard or when heating only occasionally, there are thermostats that maintain the desired temperature.

Electric cookers

Electric cookers and electrically heated ovens are standard forms of applied electrical engineering and become indispensable in a modern household. Whether top or bottom heat, the temperature can be precisely metered, if necessary recirculated air can be switched on. The energy supply can be preprogrammed by a timer.

Infrared heater

The lightweight heaters can be easily positioned on the wall, slightly raised. The heating is very direct and fast. Especially in the rearing of young animals this heat source has proven itself. Infrared heaters for the sauna bring the required heat. Infrared light gives a natural heating, similar to sunlight. Here, the room air is not needed as an energy carrier. The heating takes place directly through the radiation. This is felt to be very pleasant. This principle of operation is also suitable for offices and living rooms, where rooms must be heated quickly at the beginning of work or the apartment should be nice and warm only in the evening.

Radiator for the bathroom with towel function

Very practical are the wall radiators in tubular form with electric heating. Here, the heating of the room is combined with the drying of bath towels and towels. The radiator can be attached to save space on a wall and requires no connection to a water-bearing heating system. The electricity comes from the socket. For those who like it cuddly, an infrared heater is recommended for reaching higher temperatures.

Ceiling heaters

Radiant heat from above does well and heats up the room without air movement. Ceiling heaters with about 2000 watts can be integrated into each room very well and take no place on the side wall away. Thus, they are extremely comfortable in terms of room layout and efficiency. The variants of infrared or dark infrared are well proven and quickly release the required heat radiation - without long lead time. Halogen infrared emitters don't only generate heat but also a futuristic flair.

Heaters for commercial use

Warehouses, business premises or containers on the construction site can be heated quickly and adequately with hot air devices. The device can always be positioned where it is most effective. Since hardly any heating up time is necessary, the electricity costs will remain manageable. Powerful devices over 3000 watts of power bring even larger objects to the required room temperature. Due to their small size, these heaters can be easily transported. At the destination, the plug is inserted and the hot air comes.

Night storage heater

The principle is simple: At night, a core of ceramics or other heat-storing building materials is heated up with cheap night-time electricity. The next day, the stove releases the stored heat. The room is heated evenly, the heat source stays warm until the evening and then heats up again at night. Since the heater is shut down anyway at night, the slight cooling is barely noticeable. Night storage heaters work very sparingly and give well-being temperature for the whole house.

Electric fireplaces

The electrically operated fireplace is ideal for rooms without a chimney connection or in garden sheds. Primarily as a supplement to the existing heating circuit, it brings the room to cuddly values in cold winter days. The radiant heat is perceived as very pleasant and the atmosphere in the room as well. For faster heating, some models have a fan that quickly distributes the heat into the room. Electric fireplaces are more space efficient than wood stoves and extremely clean and safe.

The advantages of electric heaters

In order to use electrical heat sources, hardly any structural measures are required. They are environmentally friendly and easy to assemble. They are inexpensive to buy and require no costly maintenance. To operate the heater no chimney is needed, which also eliminates the cost of chimney cleaning and exhaust gas measurement.

Care and cleaning of the equipment is easy. The safety, especially if children live in the home, is another plus for this form of heating. There is nearly no risk of toxic gases escaping or of improper operation causing fire or water damage. The connection to the mains is uncomplicated. For powerful devices, a corresponding power line is necessary.

Conclusion

Heating with electric radiators is the first choice for the future. The advantage is the purchase of green electricity, the unique future version, as here renewable energy, solar and wind energy produce the comfort temperature. Their simple installation and cost-effective purchase make these heating systems attractive for use in homes and businesses.
