Vortice filter box AF 100 including filter mats

The air supplied from outside as well as extracted, polluted air must be cleaned to protect users of the ventilated rooms and ventilation components such as fans, duct fans and air heaters. Our Casafan tube air filter boxes are available in quality classes AF and RLFB7. The Vortice filter boxes are suitable for installation in the ductwork of ventilation systems and are available in various standard Ø (NW100, NW125, NW150, NW160, NW200, NW250 & NW315).

• Housing - The housing of the air filter box AF with round connection piece is made of galvanized sheet steel. The lid can be opened quickly with a snap lock for inspection and filter replacement. The connections have rubber lip seals. The sizes are matched to the standard pipe sizes
• Filter replacement - The filter must be cleaned by washing it out when the initial pressure drop has roughly doubled. A filter change is necessary if signs of decomposition occur due to frequent washing out. Replacement filter AF-5 pieces per pack/price unit. A clearance of dimension D must be available to replace the filter
• Filter - The synthetic glass fiber filters have a dust separation of approx. 89% and dust storage of approx. 135 g/m². They prevent dirt and dust from entering ventilation systems. The highly efficient class AF pocket filters can be regenerated up to 8 times
• Installation in ventilation systems - The filter box must always be installed in the direction of airflow in front of the fan and/or the silencer/heating register
• Pipe socket - with lip seal
• Lid - removable to remove the filter using the locking bracket
• Media temperature - The maximum media temperature is +60°C
• Safety - Fire behavior according to DIN 53438 F1 self-extinguishing
