Robust design for commercial use
The CasaFan DESK2PROTECT SL was specially developed for more demanding work environments. Its all-metal industrial design and double anti-corrosion coating on the housing, protective grille, frame, and base make the fan an ideal choice for production, warehousing, shipping, and workshops.
With its IP54 protection rating, the fan is protected against the ingress of harmful quantities of dust and splash water from all directions. However, IP54 protection does not mean that the device may be operated unprotected outdoors or exposed to direct water jets.
High airflow capacity & flexible control
The high-performance aluminum impeller with a diameter of 303 mm achieves a maximum speed of 1,360 rpm and an airflow capacity of up to 2,250 m³/h. With 3 speed settings, the airflow can be adjusted to the respective area of application.
The fan is operated via an encapsulated push-button switch. The 2-pole ON/OFF switch ensures complete electrical isolation when switched off. The specified sound pressure level is 40.8 dB(A) at a distance of 3 m.
Flexible placement & orientation
The protective cage can be tilted vertically by up to 130°. This allows the airflow to be directed precisely as needed. The stable base allows placement on suitable level and stable surfaces.
Additionally, the DESK2PROTECT SL features a practical handle on the back of the protective grille. In addition to being used as a desk fan, the model is designed for mounting on suitable trusses and frame structures.
Important note on IP54 protection:
The DESK2PROTECT SL is protected against dust and splash water. However, the IP54 protection rating does not mean that the fan may be operated unprotected outdoors, under direct water jets, or in areas with water hazards. Please observe the instructions in the operating manual.
