A completely new approach to getting rid of annoying and harmful insects without the "chemical club" is the INSECTIVORO. With the INSECTIVORO, the use of UVA lamps (main light frequency 365 nm - attracts insects) is combined with that of a fan. The insects are attracted by the light, sucked up by the air flow and trapped in a cassette. The patented cassette has an automatic flap closure. The INSECTIVORO Professional series is equipped with a 32 watt branded tube, the most powerful series in the INSECTIVORO series. All devices in this model series are also suitable for catching larger insects. The robust housing is double insulated, protection class II.

The UV-A lamps - Low pressure mercury vapor lamps consisting of a glass tube envelope with two Electrodes and inner phosphor coating. The radiation is in the UV range between 300 and 400 nm with a peak value of 365 nm, is harmless to humans and exerts an almost “magical” attraction on insects.

CAUTION - The included special lamps are only intended to attract insects in connection with the insect traps mentioned and are not suitable for household room lighting or intended for use in other applications.
