Shipping charges

We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight.

Delivery within Germany:

Free Shipping

We deliver selected items free of charge. On the product page of these articles, the shipping costs are specified as € 0.00 and they are not calculated in the shopping cart.

Bulky goods and large equipment:

Some items are only delivered by forwarding agency due to their size or nature. In this case, the shipping costs are not weight dependent and a corresponding note about the shipping costs is displayed on the item page.
In the case of forwarding, the delivery time is also extended by about one week compared to parcel shipping.

Delivery of download products

There are no shipping costs for download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier).

Download products can be downloaded from a link provided by email. This email with access data to execute the download will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

You can download download products from your customer account. They are made available for download within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). You will also be informed about the provision by email.

Except as provided in the item description of any other period, the delivery of the goods in Germany within 2-5 Days, for international deliveries within the days specified in the table, after order confirmation (at an agreed advance payment after the date your payment instructions).

Please note that on Sundays and public holidays, no delivery is made.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common mission, unless we have made no agreements with you. The delivery time is determined in this case after the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
