PWW heating register RWHR 100

The cold outside air can lead to drafts, before it can be brought into the rooms, it has to be heated. The heating register from Casafan offers a possibility for this, our pump hot water air heater for connection to the heat circuit of an existing heating system.
The Casafan air heater RWHR series enables an inexpensive and powerful form of these heating registers.

• Housing - The housing is made of galvanized sheet steel and has two inspection covers on the water connection side for easy cleaning. The air heater has pipe connections on both sides with rubber lip seals. The water supply and return pipes have an external thread of 3/4.
• Quality - The air heaters are pressed with aluminum fins on copper tubing. Operating temperature up to max. 100 °C. Water-side operating pressure up to max. 8 bar.
• Controls - PWW heater registers 100-200 series are controlled using the TRW 300 temperature control system, which consists of a 3/4 straight-way valve, a thermostat with remote adjustment and a remote sensor. The remote sensor can also be used as a duct sensor or room sensor.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The heating registers should be planned downstream of the fan in the direction of flow so that the permissible motor temperature is not exceeded by the heated conveying medium.

A filter box should definitely be installed upstream for the heating registers In addition, we recommend installing an upstream air filter box to protect against contamination and a drop in performance Ventilation and draining must be guaranteed.
Please note the additional pressure loss through the heating register.
