A residual current switch (FI switch) with a tripping current of 30 mA must be connected upstream of the device.
For indoor use, the external control XTS16 or XT16 or an equivalent control must be used in order to comply with EU Regulation 2015/1188, which allows the use of the device via a room thermostat, a weekday control, an operating time limit and an open window detection". otherwise the device loses its CE marking.

The Hathor IP55 LowGlare infrared heater is ideal for heating outdoor areas in catering as well as indoor areas that cannot be heated, or only with difficulty, by conventional warm-air heating.

The housing is made of absolutely weather-resistant aluminum and has an integrated wall/ceiling bracket. The Hathor IP55 4000 and 6000 models have an adjustable focus, with which the effective area can be adapted to need for wall and ceiling mounting.

Mounting can be done flexibly with the integrated wall/ceiling bracket or with on-site chains for suspension.

Output sizes of 2,000, 4,000 or 6,000 watts are available. The electrical connection is single-phase with 230 volts ~50/60 Hz or optionally three-phase with 400 volts ~ 50 Hz.
