Schwille IsarAIR Bq: radon ventilation control with radon sensor
The Schwille IsarAIR Bq (100-690) is a radon ventilation control for basements and lowest floors. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can enter buildings from the ground. The control records the radon level with a radon sensor and ventilates above an adjustable limit.
It displays the radon level in becquerel, temperature and relative humidity. Manual ventilation is also possible, and all settings of the universal ventilation control 100-660 are available. In Germany, the Radiation Protection Act sets a reference level of 300 Bq/m³ as an annual average for occupied rooms. Ventilation is a first measure to reduce the radon concentration indoors.
