Features & Equipment of the Brune B 300
2-Stage Fan with Automatic Mode
The fan in an air purifier regulates the performance level. The Brune B 300 is equipped with a fan featuring an automatic mode.
The fan speed can be set manually in two stages: “Low” or “High”. With the automatic mode activated, the system independently adjusts the performance based on actual requirements.
UV-C Disinfection
UV-C rays have a highly effective germicidal effect. In the Brune B300, the water (in the tank), the intake air and the filter medium are disinfected and cleaned using UV-C rays from an intelligently positioned UV lamp. This results in filtered and germ-reduced air.
Warning regarding UV radiation:
The UV lamp may be visible from the outside. Direct viewing of the UV light must be avoided.
This special lamp is intended solely for disinfection and not for illumination.
Air Purification
In the intake area, an additional air filter removes dust and other particles from the air. Only then is the filtered air humidified with clean water. Finally, the evaporation filter is used for additional purification. Combined with the UV-C disinfection, this ensures efficient production of clean, purified, and filtered air.
Water Level Indicator
The water tank does not need to be removed. The display shows the current water level. As soon as no water is left, the device automatically switches off and a blinking light indicates that water needs to be refilled.
Automatic Humidity Control
With the "+" or "–" buttons, the desired humidity level can be set. Using the automatic humidity control, the humidification function runs autonomously until the target value is reached and then switches off.
If the humidity level falls below the set value, the operation resumes automatically.
Display
The display is located on the top of the B 300. It shows:
- current relative humidity
- water level
- selected fan speed
Key Lock
Pressing the "+", "–", and Air buttons simultaneously activates the key lock. This helps protect against unwanted operation, e.g., in publicly accessible areas.

Structure of the Components
In principle, there are three basic elements/components:
- The external element consists of two outer side panels that protect the inner area from access. When the housing is opened, the device is automatically deactivated.
- The technical unit in the interior contains all technical components and can be removed entirely, e.g., for cleaning.
- The water tank at the bottom offers a capacity of 25 liters and includes wheels that make transporting the unit easy.
The Brune B 300 humidifier has a modular design. The individual elements can be easily removed, separated and cleaned if necessary. This simplifies maintenance, cleaning, and filter replacement.
