Electric heating register REHR 250-6.0

The cold outside air can lead to drafts, before it can be brought into the rooms, it has to be heated. The heating register from Casafan offers a possibility for this, our pump hot water air heater for connection to the heat circuit of an existing heating system.
The Casafan electric air heater REHR series enables an inexpensive and powerful form of these heating registers.

ATTENTION: When using electric heating registers, DIN 57 100, Part 420 and VDE 0100 must be observed. A suitable volume flow monitor (flow monitor) and an electrical interlock must be provided!

• Housing - The tubular housing and the junction box are made of galvanized sheet steel. The electronic air heater has pipe connections on both sides with rubber lip seals. Available in standard pipe sizes.
• Quality - A closed stainless steel tubular heater with a low surface temperature.
• Safety -With a built-in, self-resetting temperature limiter (triggering temperature 50°C) and manually resettable temperature limiter (triggering temperature 120°C).
• Controls - Our electric air heaters are always equipped with a fully automatic temperature controller. Only one room or duct sensor is required to control the electronic air heater!

A filter box should definitely be installed upstream of the air heater.

IMPORTANT NOTES: The electronic heating register should be planned in the direction of flow after the fan so that the permissible motor temperature is not exceeded by the heated conveying medium.
The minimum air volume of the heating register must be observed in order to avoid unintentional triggering of the temperature monitor.
A filter box should definitely be connected upstream for the heating register. We recommend installing an upstream air filter box to protect against dirt and loss of performance.
The ventilation pipe length between the fan and the heating register should be at least 1 meter for an even flow.
With appropriate circuitry, the heaters can be used in groups to reduce the heat output. Please note the additional pressure loss through the heating register.
