Guarantee signs

CasaFan products are marked with the following guarantee signs which have the following meaning:

The manufacturer provides a 15-year warranty on the delivered motor across Germany. If material or manufacturing defects arise during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services under the warranty terms:
- Repair of the motor or
- Replacement against an equivalent or new engine (possibly also a successor model).



The manufacturer provides a 20-year warranty on the delivered motor throughout Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty at his choice:
- Repair of the motor or
- Replacement against an equivalent or new engine (possibly also a successor model).

The manufacturer grants a 25-year warranty on the delivered motor. throughout Germany. If material or manufacturing defects arise during this period, the manufacturer will provide one of the following services within the scope of the warranty at his choice:
- Repair of the motor or
- Replacement against an equivalent or new engine (possibly also a successor model).

Your statutory warranty rights vis-à-vis us remain unaffected by this. If the object of purchase is defective, you can therefore in any case adhere to us, regardless of whether the case of warranty occurs and whether the guarantee is claimed or not.
