Due to the structural situation, the fans often cannot be installed directly in the walls or in the window. The KlimaLex tube fans are ideal for transporting air over long distances through the duct or through a pipe system. For this reason, radial tube fans are often used here, since the air drawn in through a tube system can be transported to the outside. These duct fans have a higher pressure capacity than axial fans and offer direct air transport without direction changes. The Casafan CA-V0 series allows for an inexpensive form of these fans made of plastic.

• Design - Elegant, modern design with compact dimensions. Stable housing with white lacquered, non-yellowing, self-extinguishing ABS plastic.
• Quality - Encapsulated, stainless steel, ball-bearing, 1/2-stage motors with thermal overload protection ensure a long, trouble-free service life for the tube fan.
• Safety - protection class IP44, protection class II, max. medium temperature 50°C (Ø 100, 125, 150, 200 Q) or 55°C (Ø 200 E - 315 E).
• Quiet - By mounting it on the outside wall, the source of noise is moved from the building to the outside - and is therefore indoors with a correspondingly low level of noise.
• Easy to install - Can be installed in any position. The CA-V0 series was developed for common pipe sizes. The protective grille integrated in the intake manifold prevents you from reaching into the impeller. Mounting brackets are included in the scope of delivery for KlimaLex.
• Controls - Outrunner capacitor motor is speed controllable. If required, the devices can be equipped with delay relays (see accessories) and housed in the external, easily accessible terminal box.
• Power - The impeller unit, which is balanced with the motor and has backward-curved blades, ensures high air output with high pressure stability. It is ideal for conveying small to medium volumes of air against high pressures. For sizes from 100 to 150 mm Ø have a two-speed motor.
• Environmentally friendly - After the life cycle, all parts can be sorted and sorted for recycling and are marked in accordance with the WEEE regulations.
• Accessories - Extensive range of accessories such as e.g. suction-side protective grilles, pipe connectors, additional non-return valves, transformers, pressure-side protective grilles according to DIN EN 294, speed controls, mounting brackets for installation are included in the scope of delivery. Filter boxes as well as PWW and electric heating coils complete this fan system.
