The Brune B280 humidifier works on the principle of cold evaporation. It is generally accepted that this principle of operation is best suited for humidifiers. The air is drawn in through a special dust filter on the back of the device and thus pre-cleaned. It is then passed through the humidification ladder, where it is enriched with the necessary moisture due to the large evaporation surface. Finally, the humidified air returns to the room through the outlet opening on the front. In addition, further, variable outlet openings can be opened on the top of the humidifier, which ensure a more targeted distribution of the humid air.

A proven principle:

The Brune B280 humidifier has eight manual and one automatic fan settings.
In automatic mode, the device automatically adjusts the speed - and thus also the humidification performance - to the current requirement: the higher the difference between the actual and target humidity, the higher the performance of the fan. If the actual value approaches the target value, the automatic system reduces the output accordingly.
Alternatively, eight manual blower levels can be set, giving the user the option of adapting the performance and noise of the B 280 to their own needs.

Humidity control

The Brune B280 has an internal moisture sensor that always determines the current moisture values, which are then shown on the display with an exact percentage. After the desired target humidity value has been set, the humidifier automatically takes over control and ensures that the desired humidity value is reached.

If particularly precise humidity measurements are required, the Brune B280 is optionally available with a wireless hygrostat that can be placed anywhere in the room.
The device monitors the filling level of the water tank. As soon as this is empty, the device switches off automatically and a corresponding display on the control panel informs you that water needs to be refilled.
