The device switches on automatically when the hand nozzle is removed and switches off again as soon as it is hung back in place. Otherwise, it will turn off after about 12 minutes of continuous use. The device has a knob to the left of the handle that is connected to a potentiometer that controls the speed and temperature of the airflow.

The device does not usually require any special maintenance.
If necessary, it is sufficient to dust the device with a soft, dry cloth or, if necessary, to clean it with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive cleaning agent. You should regularly check whether the air intake nozzle is free of fluff and/or hair.
