Schwille fan Maxi Ø 300 mm with 1,050 m³/h for dew point ventilation
The Schwille fan Ø 300 mm is a wall and window fan for dew point ventilation systems. Its motor has overload protection and a plain bearing. It opens when switched on, and an internal closure shuts the fan flaps when it is off. The air direction can be set as supply or exhaust air with a wire jumper. With 1,050 m³/h it is the larger version for larger rooms.
Together with a Schwille dew point ventilation control, the fan runs only when the outside air contains less moisture than the room air. Typical places of use are basements, garages, storage rooms and laundry rooms. A screw set for wall installation is available as an accessory.

The achievable effect depends on room size, construction, number of fans and outdoor conditions. A specific dehumidification performance is not guaranteed. As a wall or window fan it is suitable where a core bore or window cutout of the matching size can be made.
Use in basements and garages
The fan is often used in basements and other unheated rooms. Together with a dew point ventilation control, ventilation runs automatically: the control releases the fan only when the outside air contains less moisture than the room air, so that humid summer air is not drawn in unnecessarily. The result depends on the room, the construction and the conditions.
Flexible installation
The fan can be installed in walls as well as in windows. The air direction can be changed by wire jumper, so the fan can be used as a supply air or exhaust air fan depending on the system concept. When the fan is off, an internal closure closes the fan flaps.
